Which Shield Plan Is The Most Cost Effective?

By now, most of us should have updated our household information for our MediShield Life coverage in order to assess the eligibility for subsidies. While some may toy with the question whether Integrated Shield Plan is still required or not, since government is already implementing MSL by end-2015, see my response here

I think the most basic consideration for upgrading your MediShield to Integrated Shield Plan (ISP) is the choice of better wards, and a more complete coverage without out-of-pocket expenses.

So, given that most ISP are very similar, then some of us would like to know which insurer offers the most cost efficient plan right?

Comparing the total premiums from Age 1 to 75, NTUC Enhanced IncomeShield wins all competition with a total premium of $94.7k, while the rest are pretty close together.
