The simplest but yet most powerful marketing strategy is referrals.
How referrable is an individual or business, might depend on just 4 simple (but yet difficult) habits, like how Dan Sullivan puts it:
1. Show up on time
2. Do what you say
3. Finish what you start
4. Say please and thank you

Like what I mention about doing something for 21 days, these referrability habits sound so simple that many of us unknowingly take for granted. Having respect for people’s time and schedule, keeping to your promise and appreciating people are simple habits that will make people talk about you, and hence making you referrable, continuously.
